Romney to 60 Minutes: Campaign Doesn’t Need Turnaround - Video

Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney said hiscampaign does not need a turnaround in an interview scheduled to air on 60Minutes tonight.
CBS News released a portion of the interviewSaturday in which CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley noted Romney’sperformance slumping after the release of his “47 percent” remarks at afundraiser in May, and asked how the self-described “turnaround artist” wasgoing to turn his campaign around.
When Romney answered that his campaign is “withinthe margin of error” and that he planned to move forward with his message ofgovernment encouragement of entrepreneurship, Pelley pressed him and asked thequestion again.
“Well, it doesn’t need a turnaround,” Romney said.“We’ve got a campaign which is tied with an incumbent president of the UnitedStates.”
